Parque Buena Vista is one of the world-wide parks following the guidelines of CPF (Concept of Private Forests) The aim of CPF is preserving the flora and fauna of worldwide locations where deforestation is a fact. This is realized by a perfect balance between commerce/development and preservation of forest. Properties of at least 70 hectares of forest are developed by CPF in a special way that makes sure that 95% becomes protected area immediately and only 5% is prepared to build on. This way, CPF inhabitants create the unique chance to live in the area they protect.
