PBV Estates

The construction of the PBV-estates is based on a Mexican rancho style much used by famous designers such as Luis Barragan and Gian Franco Brignone. They come with palapa roof and a color palette of bright yellows, Mexican pinks, electric blues and virginal whites, though you will have the possibility to deviate from this and choose your own set of colors.

The spacious palapa villa will consist of a concrete construction under roof which covers the main house. All estates come with a separate guesthouse and infinity pool. Each lot has a stunning ocean view and full privacy from co inhabitants of the park. All houses are being built under architect supervision and are subject to the latest and most modern building codes.

A basic floor plan is available, and a deviation from this floor plan can be made at additional cost, always with the condition that the style remains the same.

Parque Buena Vista has access through only one road and will offer 24 hours security and maintenance service across the entire park. Roads are in rustic style.

Water and electricity are provided to each lot.
